Evasive
Driving
Our evasive
driving segment utilizes three different types of vehicles.
Late
model Toyota Camrys are used for our "on track" evasive driving
modules: These cars are just perfect for the driving exercises because
of their reliability and performance. Camrys have great acceleration
and braking abilities along with the great handling characteristics
makes them the ideal exercise vehicle.
Contact
Driving
The contact driving is done with specially built GM
products, most of our fleet are full size V8 Oldsmobile's. Their performance
is proven for contact driving because of weight, wide track and reliability.
The hooking cars as we call them are all modified for our exercises,
safety being the primary concern. All hooking cars have complete four
point roll bars and reinforced front and rear bumpers for contact driving
along with five point racing harnesses. FabTech Engineering of Fullerton,
California does the reinforcing; they are known nation wide for their
expertise in racing fabrication.
Fast
Attack Vehicle
Our FAV or fast attack vehicle is a custom built off-road
thoroughbred by L&R Racing of La Habra California. The car is a
two-seat tubular frame rear swing axle and tube front end with plenty
of travel. Powered by a Autocraft racing engine producing 150HP, and
with the weight of 1500 lbs., it makes for a exciting ride as participants
engage terrorist targets during their off road excursion.
