Are You a Human Weapon?

Hawke's New Show on DiscoveryThe Discovery Channel is looking for a few deadly men. They're currently on a worldwide manhunt to find the perfect contestants for a new television show to be hosted by our very own Mykel Hawke.

Each episode of "The Assailant" will feature four "one man armies" competing against each other in extreme challenges that require incredible physical and mental strength. They'll complete missions modeled after the real life missions conducted by the world's most elite military forces.

If you think you've got the right stuff to be part of Hawke's newest show, email us and we'll forward you the application details. Special Operations experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

The show is being produced by Renegade 83, the same company behind Hawke's hit Discovery Show "Man, Woman, Wild."

Not Even Close?

You don't have to be like Hawke to experience the adrenaline of a Special Ops mission.  Incredible Adventures offers a variety of fantasy SpecOps programs, designed for the Average Joe or Average Jane.  For help choosing the perfect mission for you, or for someone you love, call 800-644-7382 or send us an email.

Rescue a Hostage, Recover a Nuke

Our Urban Ops Incredible Adventures Military Operations Adventure returns to Little Rock, Arkansas in 2011. Make plans now to spend three heart-pumping days training for action at the country's first privately-owned tactical training center.

The facility in Little Rock is the ultimate commando playground. It's been off limits to civilians for the last couple of years so we're excited to have access again. There are multiple gun ranges, two shoot houses, an urban assault course and two buses. There is even an airplane! A three-day mission is $3495 based on six participants. Custom adventures are also available.  Email for dates and more details.

In 2011, May You Be As Healthy As Cosmonauts Are

Celebrate First Space Flight with a Space AdventureWe love the holiday e-card we received from our good friend Vasili at Star City. It features a photo of Yuri Gagarin, the first man in space, along with the wish for good health.

The coming year will bring the 50th anniversary of the day Russian cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin became the first man in space. We think that makes 2011 the perfect year to plan your Russian space adventure.  For a brochure of available tours and programs, contact Greg.

Thanks for a Great Year! We'll Be Back in Our Offices Soon

As a reminder, our Florida office is closed for the holidays and will re-open January 3rd. (Isn't technology great? We can send a newsletter from the beach!) In Russia, everyone will be off from December 31 through January 10. If you need to reach us while we're out, send us an email and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Natasha Flies in Quincy

Congratulations go out to Air USA owner Don Kirlin and his team. On December 10, Air USA pilot Fred "Spanky" Clifton made history when he flew the first MiG-29 Flies in USprivately-owned MiG-29 in the skies over Quincy, Illinois. (Read the press release here.)

According to our friend Don, they've named their MiG-29 "Natasha". You can see flight video here.  (If Spanky looks familiar to you, there's a reason. He used to offer flight training in the L-39 to IA clients.)

Air USA imports and certifies foreign military aircraft for customers throughout the US and provides a variety of air combat training services to the US and Canadian military.

You'll still need to travel to Russia to fly a MiG-29. "Natasha" will be used for military training exercises.

Flights in Russia are available all year long. Choose from a high-altitude "edge of space" flight, or an aerobatic mission. Security clearance is required from the airbase in Russia, which can take 60 days to get, so there's a need to plan ahead.

For more details, email Greg or visit our website.

Best Fishes for 2011

Dive with Tiger Sharks

"Happy Holidays and Best Fishes for 2011" is the holiday greeting we received from SharkyJill.  (We think the best fishes are sharks, of course!) She'll be heading up another one day Tiger Shark Adventure in the Bahamas on Saturday, February 26.

Space is still available. The cost to cage dive is $875 and topsiders pay $375.  For complete details, call 800-644-7382 or float us an email. Remember, no dive experience is necessary. We use a hookah system which supplies air from the boat to the cage.

The Award For Most Polite Spammer Goes To...

We hate spam email messages. On average, we receive over 1000 junk emails per day. (Thank goodness for spam filters!)  Because of our international reach, we get messages in languages we can't even begin to read.  This week though, we happened to skim a message from an equipment company in China. It was polite spam. It started out with:

"I'm really sorry if this email annoys you."

We don't ever want to annoy you. If you ever get tired of getting our news, you can easily "unsubscribe" by clicking the link that appears at the bottom of each message.

Of course, we hope you don't. We hope you'll tell all your friends to subscribe to our free news
