Our next
four-day Covert Ops Counter Terror
Adventure is set for January 9th - 12th near Miami. Soak up some of Florida's famous sunshine
while learning pistol shooting, unarmed self-defense and more from former undercover
operative Garret Machine.
We've revised the training
itinerary for 2014 to include more live fire, more Krav Maga and new lessons in "covert urban
infiltration techniques". The new itinerary hasn't been posted to our website yet, so you'll
need to email for a copy.
Miami-born Garret was amember
of the Israeli Defense Force's elite Duvdevan unit. Considered to be the Israeli equivalent of the US Army's Delta Force, the
unit specialized in undercover work, urban warfare, and targeted kidnapping and assassination of
wanted militants.
The
training you'll experience during our four-day Covert Ops Adventure is intense. Garret
holds participants to the same high standards he sets for the military and law enforcement teams he
trains. He's been known to yell a little, especially if safety rules are violated.
That said, the real
mission is fun. One of the men already signed up for our January program is returning for his second Covert Ops
Adventure.
Our
four-day adventures begin with a briefing on Wednesday night and conclude Sunday evening. Hotel
accommodations and most meals are included in the $3995 price. The closest airport to the training
site is Ft Lauderdale International Airport.

article on the Men's
Journal website.
The
article was picked up by Yahoo in
Singapore, where our MiG flights have been called "One of the Craziest Adventure Trips on
Earth".

The thrill of breaking the sound barrier and climbing
to the edge of space in a MiG over
Russia is so incredible, it's worth at least 10 times what we charge. Fly with us and you'll
agree the experience is "worth every penny" and then some.
That said, we've been to Russia in
the winter. We experienced the snow and cold first hand. We can understand needing a little
financial incentive to fly during Russia's coldest month of the year.
We're offering a top-secret discount
to anyone adventurous enough to fly a MiG over Russia in February.
February
is actually a fine time to fly a MiG
over Russia. It's not nearly as cold as some might think. The weather is a lot like that
of Chicago or Des Moines. You can always use some of the money you save to buy thermal
underwear.
The MiG-29 cockpit is heated, the base provides
flyers with warm coats and gloves, and the MiG flies its highest when the air outside is cold.
To take
advantage of the top-secret discount, you need to fly in February, which means you must book your
trip by mid-December. (Obtaining the necessary security clearance takes a bit longer due to holiday
closures.)

We first met Jillian Morris back in 2005, when
we hired her to work aboard our great white shark boat in San
Francisco. We quickly fell in love with Jill and her enthusiasm for sharks.
She went
on to help us launch our Tiger
Shark Adventure in the Bahama. Today, she's the first person we call if we get a request for
underwater video services.
We're excited to tell you about Jillian's latest project. It makes us
prouder than ever to have her as a member of the IA family. She recently teamed with other
shark lovers to launch Sharks4Kids, an organization dedicated to creating a
new generation of shark advocates through education. They've created sharks4kids.com, a fantastic educational resource. The site
features lesson plans for teachers, shark information fact sheets, great shark videos and more.
