Don't Miss the Shark Boat |
San Francisco Great
White Shark Diving Season Ends November 14
This year's great white shark
diving season ends soon. Our last scheduled trip to San Francisco's Farallon Islands is
Saturday, November 14th. If you miss the boat, you'll have to wait until October 2016 to dive with some of the world's biggest great whites.
We utilize a floating cage and
surface-supplied air, so no dive certification is required. The $825 cage diving price includes the use of a wetsuit, breakfast and lunch. Those
who elect to join a trip as a topside observer pay $475. Our shark boat departs from San Francisco's popular Fisherman's Wharf.
Adult white sharks have been
spotted at the Farallones as early as July and as late as
January, but the highest number of sightings take place between September 15 and November 30.
Dive dates for 2016 will be announced soon. In the meantime, you can
purchase an "open date" gift card valid for the 2016 San
Francisco shark dive season by calling or emailing
Incredible Adventures.

Two Are Still Flying Today
The Commemorative Air Force Dixie Wing will be flying its rare SBD-5
Dauntless over Ft Myers, Florida on Saturday, November 7th. She's one of only two still flying today. The Dauntless dive bomber is the only US
combat aircraft to fight from the beginning of World War II until the end and sank more than 300,000 tons of enemy battleships. The legendary aircraft
is one of five historic warbirds scheduled to appear at this year's Aviation Day at Page Field. (Other aircraft include a DC-3 and
B-25). Admission to the activities is free with a non-perishable food donation.
Dauntless rides will be available to the public during the event. Pricing starts at $895. Book online here to insure availability. After Aviation Day, the SBD-5 will return to its hangar outside Atlanta for the
winter. To fly with her back home in Georgia, call Incredible Adventures at 800-644-7382 or visit www.dixiewing.org. (If you schedule directly, be sure to tell
