RUSSIAN OPS: Russian Special Forces Training

Training Overview:

• Two Days Sambo (Samooborona Bez Oruzheeya):
  One day of sport Sambo training and one day of military/combat Sambo. Instructors will be Sambo champions holding Masters of Sport ranks in Sambo

• Two days Rukopashnii Boi (hand-to-hand combat):
  Instructors will be Spetsnaz professionals and Spetsnaz instructors

• Two days Systema of A. A. Kadochnikov – Spetsnaz General:
  Instructors will be chief/expert level instructors of Systema as taught and developed by the Grandfather of Systema in the Special Forces

• Strength training and conditioning

• Work with weapons and mass attack scenarios

• Training and lectures may last up to ten hours per day.
