| 11:00 hrs | A driver will be waiting for you at the front of your Sydney hotel to take you to Bankstown Airport. |
| 12:00 hrs | Meet your pilot at Bankstown Hangar for flight to Bathurst Operations field. |
| 12:45 hrs | Arrive Bathurst Airport for tea & coffee and sign in. |
| 13:00 hrs | Pre flight safety, flight profile and mission briefing. |
| 14:30 hrs | Gear up, strap in and mission take-off. |
| 15:15 hrs | Post flight debriefing. |
| 16:00 hrs | Transfer to luxury overnight accommodation in Bathurst. Evening at leisure to relax and explore Bathurst. |
| DAY TWO | |
| 09:30 hrs | Transfer back to Bathurst Ops field. |
| 10:00 hrs | Pre flight safety, flight profile and mission briefing. |
| 11:00 hrs | Gear up, strap in and mission take-off. |
| 11:45 hrs | Post flight debriefing. |
