• flew with Qantas for over 20 years flying everything from DC3s to Boeing 747s
• in great demand as a contract pilot, Captaining B747s for Singapore Airlines, Ansett and Mandarin Airlines
• an aviation enthusiast and aircraft owner and also enjoys flying gliders.
• over 18,700 hours total flying time.

• 25 years of flight experience
• successful competition at National level in the highest ("Unlimited") category of aerobatics in his Russian Sukhoi 29
• successful in racing jet aircraft at Skyrace in Tasmania
• 6½ years in the RAF
• extensive experience flying several types of ex-military aircraft and is highly knowledgeable about all aspects of military aircraft operations
• avid parachutist.
