One Great Mountain Leads to Another

Skydive Denali AdventureIn October, we an-nounced the making of history when a group of daring adventurers became the first to Skydive Mt. Everest. Now, we're preparing to deliver another incredible skydiving first.

Join us as we jump Mt McKinley, the highest peak in North America. Rising 20,320 feet high above Alaska, the mountain is known to locals and climbers as "Denali", a word that means "the great one".

No skydiving experience is necessary to make this incredible leap. All skydives will be tandem and under the direction of the same incredible group of guys who deliver our HALO jumps in Mississippi. Unlike Everest, this jump requires no hiking and adjusting to altitude, so as long as the weather cooperates, the adventure can be completed in just a few days.

This military-style jump mission calls for you to exit over the mountain from an altitude of 22,000 to 24,000 ft and land on a nearby glacier. You'll jump with the same equipment used and trusted by the US military for high-altitude skydiving.

The six-day, five-night adventure is slated for June 20 - June 25. The $25,000 price includes lodging, some meals, some tours and an incredible high-altitude skydive with a view you'll never forget. Non-jumping guests are welcome for an additional fee.

Space is limited and jump order is determined by sign-up order. For more information, contact us today.

(Don't worry. There will be another chance to Skydive Everest, just not this year.)

Vacation at Tiger Beach

No need to bring a beach chair, umbrella or sunscreen when you join us for a day at our favorite beach. You will, however, need to bring a dive mask. Located 20 miles off the coast of Grand Shark Diving in the BahamasBahama Island and buried under a shallow layer of crystal blue water, Tiger Beach is the popular hangout of some very big tiger sharks.

Our next Bahamas Tiger Shark Adventure is March 14th. The cost to cage dive is $875, or you can view topside for $375. (The shark pictured above was one of five tiger sharks viewed on our December dive.) For more info, visit our website or contact us.

L-39 Flights in Florida - For Pilots Only

L-39 flights are available for a limited time in Florida, but there's a catch...you have to be a licensed pilot. An L-39 instructor offers a 45 minute flight program, complete with an extensive aircraft briefing for $3450. (No pilot's license is required for our Hollywood Top Gun L-39 Adventure in California.)

New On the Web

Wild Russia FalconryCheck out the new Wild Russia section of our website. You'll find info on two of our newest offerings...an offroad motorcycle adventure across the Ural Mountains and a chance to learn the historic sport of falconry. (Did you know that falcons have been used to scare smaller birds from airports and reduce the risk of birds taking down an airliner?)

A Birthday Gift He'll Never Forget

Fly a MiG-29Not one of us in the IA office remembers what we got for our 18th birthday. We don't think Alex from the UK will ever have that problem. He received a supersonic MiG-29 flight in Russia for his birthday.  He broke the sound barrier with pilot Sokol test pilot Andrey Pechionkin in December. See more photos here. If you'd like to give yourself a MiG flight for your next birthday, contact Greg at 800-644-7382.

The Year of the Skydive

Skydive Denali Tandem HALO JumpsWe're officially declaring this the year of the skydive!  Not only are we debuting a brand new Denali Skydive, but we're introducing two new tandem skydiving choices at our training center near Gulfport, Mississippi:

The Really Long Jump

Take up to 30 minutes to reach the ground when you make one of our new tandem HAHO jumps. (HAHO is military shorthand for high altitude, high open.) By jumping high and deploying the chute high, your tandem jumpmaster can take you on an incredible canopy ride around the countryside. Braving frigid air and hanging from a harness for a long time isn't for everyone but if you're looking for an extreme "flying" adventure to enjoy with a buddy, you can't beat this one. The cost is $6990 for two. Bring second friend along for another $3495.

The Sunset Stealth Jump

Schedule your high altitude tandem jump at sunset. Take in the view, then make a stealth landing under a cover of darkness. The cost is $3495 per person.

For more information, contact us today at 800-644-7382.
