The first ever Survival College  kicks off May 22 at the Purple Sage Ranch Conference Center and Retreat near San Antonio, Texas. The conference-style event combines intense
survival training with exhibits and demonstrations.
Faculty members include some of the country's top military, law
enforcement and civilian survival instructors. Courses include everything from Survival Fishing with Mykel Hawke to Back Country
Vehicle Recovery.
Survival College's $2995 enrollment fee covers up to 30 credits of training. A four hour tactical driving class will use 5 of your credits. An advanced first aid class is worth 3 credits. An extreme hand-to-hand combat course is
worth 2 credits.
You choose your classes and determine your
training schedule.Complete your 30 credits of training in three or
four days, or spread your instruction across all 10 days of the event. Additional training credits will be available for purchase on site.
Meals, lodging, ammo and equipment rental are not
