New Parent Company But Same Great Pilots, Plane & Team

We're happy to announce the merger of two incredible Russian aviation companies. On April 29, 2016, Nizhny Novgorod Aircraft Building Plant "Sokol" officially became a branch of Russian Aircraft Corporation "MiG".

If you fly a MiG over Russia, you'll now be flying with MiG Corporation at their Sokol facility, but everything else about our flying adventures remains the same.

The MiG Corporation is behind some of the world's most incredible fighter jets, including the MiG-21, MiG-25, MiG-29 and MiG-31. The company was founded in 1939 by Russian aircraft designers Artem Mikoyan and Mikhail Gurevich and was originally known as the Mikoyan-Gurevich Design Bureau. Over time, the company's name was shortened to "Mikoyan" and now is simply "MiG".

Nizhny Novgorod Aircraft Buildling Plant Sokol has been building fighter jets designed by MiG for decades, so the acquisition is a logical one.  Formerly known as Gorky Plant, Sokol built its first aircraft in 1932 and has since produced more than 43,500 civilian and fighter aircraft.  Incredible Adventures MiG programs have been based at Sokol for the last 10 years.

Incredible Adventures has offered Tank Driving and Small Arms Shooting in Moscow since 1994, so it's definitely not a new adventure.  Up until recently though, we've promoted the adventures as  "optional add-ons" to any MiG or cosmonaut training adventure and not as a "stand alone" adventure.

That was our mistake. A Russian Military Adventure in Moscow is incredible on its own and is a great option for a bachelor party, birthday celebration or corporate event. A variety of options are available, for individuals and groups of all sizes.

It's Always Shark Diving Season Somewhere

Shark Diving Adventures Are Offered During Peak Viewing Times

In Bimini, sharks can be spotted all year long, but if you want to see a great hammerhead, you'll want to dive between December and April. Great white shark diving season at Isla Guadalupe is from late July until late October. In San Francisco, the white shark viewing season doesn't kick off until the end of September and continues through November.
