Annual Florida Event Features
Incredible Speakers, Exhibits and More
We're proud to be one of the sponsors of this year's SharkCon, happening July 9 and 10 at the Florida State Fairgrounds, near Tampa. The "jawsome" event
combines ocean education with "the fun of a Comic Con". A single-day ticket is just $14.95 for adults and $4.99 for kids. Parking is
$6.
Exhibitors
this year include The Florida Aquarium, The Clearwater Aquarium and Sea
World. Guest speakers slated to appear include Sharks4Kids Founder Jillian Morris Brake, Ocean Conservationist Wendy Benchley, UNEXSO's Cristina Zenato and Chris Fischer from OCEARCH. Proceeds from SharkCon 3 will
benefit The Florida Aquarium's rehabilitation program, and Mote Marine Laboratory's shark research. For more information, visit www.shark-con.com.
If you are able to attend SharkCon 3, be sure to stop by the Incredible Adventures booth and
say "hello". We'll be happy to answer any questions you might have about our upcoming shark dive adventures in San Francisco, the Bahamas, Isla
Guadalupe and South Africa.
As a reminder,
now is the time to book your 2016 great white shark dive adventure. The season in Isla Guadalupe kicks off at the end of July and our shark
season in San Francisco kicks off in October. Email or
call 800-644-7382 to learn more.
Enroll in a Free Online Shark Class - University Program Starts June
28th
Cornell and the University of Queensland are offering a
free online "shark class". It's a great opportunity for shark lovers to learn more about the biology and conservation of sharks. Learn more here. (Another great way to learn about
sharks is to book a shark dive adventure with Incredible
Adventures and see sharks in the wild.)
