Learn to Fly a Classic DC-3 in California

The Douglas DC-3 made its debut in 1930's and helped to make air travel popular during the 30's and 40's. A military version of the plane designated as the C-47, helped to carry troops during World War II. (Soldiers called the plane "the Gooney Bird", saying it looked like the giant albatross birds on Midway Island in the Pacific.)
Our California-based aircraft was originally designated as a C-47 "Dakota" and assigned to the Royal Air Force in England, where she served by carrying Winston Churchill and the Royal Family. Before making her way to California, she also spent time in India with the Pakistani Air Force and with an airline in Canada. Today, she helps people learn about an important time in aviation history.

Our most popular Minnesota Tank Adventure sells for $1435 and includes a car crush. Tank driving season in Minnesota is typically March to October.

Our brand new facility in Orlando, just minutes from the airport and Disney World, is set to open this summer and features nearly 14 acres of driving fun.
