Greg Claxton

Greg Claxton, Incredible AdventuresGreg Claxton Greg joined the Incredible Adventures family in 1996 and served as the company’s Director of Sales for 17 years, before taking a three-year hiatus to help grow the commercial space industry. He returned to Incredible Adventures in 2015, and is now the company’s majority owner, CEO and adventure test dummy. The future space flight ticket holder is passionate about making the impossible, possible, and dreams of visiting the moon someday. Greg is on a never-ending mission to find, create and offer the world’s most incredible adventures to IA clients. In 2017, he arranged the first-ever High-Altitude Skydive during a Total Solar Eclipse and is hard at work planning for the next great adventure. When not off overseeing special programs or developing new adventures, the University of South Florida grad resides in Sarasota, Florida with his wife Rebecca and their four children.

Jane Reifert

Jane Reifert, Incredible AdventuresOriginally from Iowa, Jane joined Incredible Adventures in 1993 as a marketing assistant and went on to serve as the company’s president for 18 years. The Iowa State University communications grad now oversees the company’s marketing and media relations. She's the author of Executive Adventures, a guide for excitement-deprived individuals, and offers advice to prestigious aerospace companies about space tourism stuff. In 2005 Jane became Chair of the Space Tourism Subcommittee of the Space Colonization Technical Committee of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Pre-IA, she spent nine seasons working in minor league baseball with the White Sox, Cardinals and Cubs organizations. Although a self-described adventure wimp, she's flown a jet in Moscow, raced a truck, jumped out of an airplane, been a Covert Ops hostage, seen great white sharks in Cape Town and ballooned over the Sahara. When not in the office, you'll likely find her on a tennis court or on Sarasota's Siesta Key beach playing volleyball.


Rebecca Zgorski Claxton

Rebecca Zgorski ClaxtonRebecca is a graduate of Florida’s Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where she helped to create the University’s first Commercial Space Operations degree program. She currently oversees the company’s financial and front office operations.

Prior to joining Incredible Adventures in 2015, Rebecca was a space policy analyst for Washington, DC’s PoliSpace, an independent space policy consultancy. The adventurous Maryland native has cage dived with sharks, flown a warbird, trained for space in Russia and more.


Hawke

Myke Hawke - Spec OpsCo-founder and Operations Officer of SpecOps Global Survival Training. Responsibilities include: operations management, logistics, course development and instruction. Background: Mykel Hawke is the author of Hawke’s Green Beret Survival Manual and star of Discovery Channel’s "One Man Army" and “Man, Woman, Wild”. Hawke has over 20 years of combined military and government experience. He has served in the enlisted ranks of the U.S. Army's Special Forces as well as a commissioned officer and as a government contractor abroad. He has training and experience in communications and intelligence operations, emergency trauma medicine management, combat search and rescue, and languages. He has deployed to hotspots throughout Eastern Europe, the Middle-East, Latin America and Africa. Hawke has worked with the U.S. Department of State, the United Nations, various agencies & Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). His accomplishments include the establishment and operation of a Combat Medic School in Azerbaijan and a Combat Search & Rescue Program in Colombia.

Green Beret Survival Guide by Myke HawkeHe has also served as a Project Manager in Haiti and Sierra Leone, conducting Medical Evacuations, Troops & Munitions Re-supply, Rapid Response Force and VIP transport. He most recently served in Afghanistan as a Commander of Mujahideen Militia against Taliban and Al-Qaeda Forces. Hawke is also an experienced outdoor survival instructor, published author and lecturer on crisis responses to manmade and natural disasters and authors a language training book. Hawke represented SpecOps on MTV Road Rules in 1999 on-camera & in program development, he has recently worked on The Discovery Channel. Greg Barron

Greg Barron, West Coast Shark OpsGreg Barron is Director of West Coast Shark Ops. A San Francisco Bay Area native and entrepreneur, Greg has spent his entire life living and diving along the North Coast of California. He has been involved in our San Francisco shark adventure from the very beginning. Greg helped the people at DOER Marine design and build our massive shark cage and he helped transform the Tamalpais into one of the best shark boats on the planet. In his other life, Greg operates two of his own companies, Barron Properties and Rideable Bicycle Replicas Inc. Barron Properties is a real estate development and management company based in Alameda and Oakland California. Rideable Bicycle Replicas Inc. of Alameda, CA. is a small manufacturing company specializing in making antique and specialty style cycles mostly from the end of the 19th century. If you've been to Burning Man, you've probably seen Greg riding one of his "High Wheel" bicycles. His company has been supplying cycles for folks, film, theater and museums for 34 years so if you see a high wheel bike in a movie or play, chances are Greg made it. Some of the recent shows featuring Greg's stuff include Deadwood, Jack Ass 2, Lonesome Dove, Haunted Mansion and the stage show Wicked. Did we mention that Greg can fix just about anything...almost before you know it's broken?


Garret Machine

Garret Machine - Covert OpsGarret Machine, a former soldier in the Israeli Defense Force ( IDF). Garret’s unit, “ Duvdevan”, is the IDF’s equivalent to the US Army’s Delta Force. Following his Israeli military service, Garret worked as a field bodyguard for the Israeli Ministry of Defense, which is the equivalent of the US Secret Service. He was part of a unit that worked exclusively in the West Bank, in high risk areas. He then joined the ranks of the Israeli National Police Force, where he served until 2010.

Before moving to Israel, Miami-born Garret grew up in South Florida, attended high school at the Valley Forge Military Academy in Pennsylvania and received a degree from the University of Florida. While still in the military, Garret earned a Masters Degree in Homeland Security and Counter Terror Warfare from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, Israel.

Garret is the author of books and videos and has the following certifications: Florida Firearms Instructor for Police and Armed Security, Florida Security Officers Instructors License, Florida Emergency Medical Technician (inactive), NRA Range Safety Officer & Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor, Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training Council, Pennsylvania Lethal Weapons Training Instructor, Illinois Firearms Instructor License.


Kevin Holbrook

Kevin HolbrookKevin Holbroook heads up our tandem HALO jumping program and will lead a group this summer on a history-making skydive over Mt. McKinley in Alaska. Kevin is a certified Master MFF Jumpmaster (JM1), Airborne Static Line JM/1, a USPA Static Line Instructor and Tandem Master Instructor and holds a USPA PRO Rating. His qualifications include Joint Services Special Operations Group, Close Quarter Combat Instructor. Kevin has 30 years of parachuting experience with over 7,000 jumps.


Lena

Lena suits up for space travelLena is General Manager of Moscow Operations. She started with Incredible Adventures years ago as a part-time guide and translator and was promoted to General Manager in February of 2008 when long-time GM Galina left IA and relocated to Canada. The two women first met when Galina walked into the top Moscow travel agency where Lena was working and asked to make arrangements for some of IA's MiG clients. Lena was so wonderful that Galina offered her a part-time job and reported to the Florida office that she had found her future replacement. She lives in Moscow with her incredible husband Alex and young daughter Liza.


Galina

Galina in MoscowGalina was IA's Moscow General Manager from 1997 to 2008 and helped create many of the air and space programs IA offers in Russia. She continues in the role of Advisor, Moscow Operations. She will always be a part of the Incredible Adventures family and is there to provide advice whenever we need it.


Max Dereta

Max Dereta, Photographer In order to capture great pictures and video from our incredible adventures we have to have an incredible photographer. That is Max Dereta. Max is a photojournalist who has been based in the Netherlands since 1975. Some of his assignments have included: flights in the Buccaneer & Strikemaster in Cape Town, Russian Space Training Program that included a ZeroG flight, and flights in the MiG29, Su27 and L-39, and skydiving expeditions to the North Pole. Max is currently experimenting and flying with the "BirdMan" wingsuits. email Max | Max's web site


Jillian Morris

Jillian Morris, diver, biologistJillian Morris has always had a passion for the ocean. Having grown up on the water, she has never been far from it. An internship with Mote Marine Lab’s Center for Shark Research marked the beginning of her work with sharks across the globe. From Australia to Isla Guadalupe, she has logged hundreds of hours in the water with some of the largest apex predators in the world. After earning a BS in Animal Behavior from the University of New England in 2005 she pursued opportunities that allowed her to work with sharks and be in the water as much as possible.

Jillian is a certified dive instructor who loves sharks and loves to share her knowledge of them with others. (Her car license plate reads SHRKGRL.) Jillian’s worked with great white sharks in the Farallons and Isla Guadalupe, lemon sharks in Marquesas, nurse sharks in the Dry Tortugas and tiger sharks in Western Australia. She is actively involved in the shark conservation world, writing articles for numerous publications and doing outreach programs across the US. Alfred Scott McLaren

Alfred Scott McLaren, Senior PilotCaptain Alfred S. McLaren, USN (Ret.), Ph.D. is a Director of Sub Aviator Systems, LLC and Senior Pilot of the SAS Aviator submersible. He is also President Emeritus of The Explorers Club, founded in 1904 to promote scientific exploration and field research. A U. S. Naval Academy graduate and former nuclear submarine officer, he made three Arctic expeditions on nuclear attack submarines, that included the first submerged transit of the Northwest Passage, a Baffin Bay cruise, and a North Pole expedition that also completed the first survey under ice of the entire Siberian Continental Shelf (5,000 km).
