Our next
four-day Covert Ops Counter Terrorism
Adventure is set for May 10-13 near Miami. Receive ultra-realistic, hands-on, anti-terror
training from Garret
Machine, a former soldier in the Israeli Defense Force assigned to the elite Duvdevan
unit.
The action-packed training itinerary includes instinctive pistol
shooting, combat first aid, close quarter battle fundamentals, handcuffing procedures and so much
more. A complete training itinerary can be found on our website.
The cost is
$3995 per person and includes expert training, use of equipment, lodging and most meals. For more
information, email
us or call 800-644-7382.
Spend
time on a minefield in South East Asia with an experienced
Explosive Ordnance Disposal Team. Learn what it's
like to clear mined land and safely dispose of mortar rounds, artillery
shells, rocket propelled grenades, large aircraft bombs and/or
improvised explosive devices.
The three highly trained
men behind our new Explosive Encounters Adventure have spent decades working with explosives.
Craig spent nine years in the
Canadian military as a Combat Systems Engineer before entering the Mine Action industry in 1997. His
work has taken him around the globe, including The Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Thailand
and South Africa.
Ski is a native of New Zealand and
spent 10 years in the military. When deployed on a United Nations mission to Cambodia in 1991
(UNTAC), he was assigned to the task of training recently demobilized soldiers to clear minefields.
From that moment forward, Ski knew the life of a traveling minefield and UXO disposal expert was for
him.
Sam hails from Scotland and gave 14 years of service to the British
Army. He
holds the distinction of being one of the youngest soldiers to complete the grueling Commando
training course and be awarded the coveted Green Beret. When he left the army in late 1990, he was deployed
as a civilian Explosive Ordnance Disposal operator in post-war Kuwait, clearing unexploded ordnance
in burning oilfields in support of international firefighting teams. He has more than 30 years of experience in the
field.
A variety of Explosive Encounters are available. This adventure is so
new, it's not on our website yet. For more information, please send us an email.
In March,
Incredible Adventures served as "producer" on a film shoot involving two L-39 jet trainers, two
T-6 Texans and two legendary B-25 Bombers.
If
you want to make a movie in something that flies, give us a call. We have access to more than
30 different kinds of aircraft.
We sure wish
R&B singer Lloyd Polite would hurry up and release the video for his UK hit song "Do it
Again". Scenes for the video were shot on location with our very own Hollywood Top Gun team. No
word yet as to when the video will debut, but photos from the shoot have been published on an
R&B music website. (Photo credit ThisisRnB.)
Make plans
now to attend the next Rock 'N' Roll Fantasy Camp, May 2-6 in Hollywood, California. The May session

During the five-day rock camp,
you'll write and record an original song at a world-class recording
studio. You'll then join the famous rocker and American Idol judge on stage at LA's Playboy
Mansion.
When the fun is over, you'll take home a professionally
produced DVD and mp3 of your final performance.
Rock Camp features expert
musical coaching from a variety of music greats. Both amateur and experienced musicians are welcome.
Camp pricing ranges from $7999 to $9999.

He's spent the last
couple of months flying high above the Alps. Now, IA's resident hot air balloon pilot
Steiger is back in the US, offering one-of-a-kind crossings, high altitude flights and balloon
skydives, in Salt Lake City, Las Vegas and beyond.
In June, Steiger will be getting out his
passport once again and heading to Chile for a series of rare Andes crossings. Then, in
December, he's set to return to the Alps for more European hot air adventures. Want to join him?

We just
received the sad news. James won't be flying a MiG to the edge of space over Russia with Incredible Adventures. He lost his battle with
cancer before he could check "flying to the edge of space" off his
bucket list. The adventure-loving Canadian was just 33.
It's a lesson for us
all. Make each and
every day an incredible adventure. We never know how much time we have. |

Earlier this month, IA's Director of West Coast Shark Operations Greg Barron took part in
"Ocean Day", an event organized on the
California State Capitol lawn to educate lawmakers and the public about the importance of a healthy
ocean to California's economy. Greg leads our great white shark adventures
in San Francisco and is a strong advocate for sharks and their environment.
Greg is already busy preparing for our 2012 great white shark season in San
Francisco, which runs from late September through the middle of November. Cage dives take
place within the protected waters of the Gulf of the Farallones National Marine
Sanctuary.
Jillian Morris, who oversees IA's Bahamas Tiger Shark Operations,
is also very active in ocean outreach. Jillian wants people to know
that "everyone can be a shark conservationist right in their own backyard" and that sharks
are vital for the health of our oceans and need all the help they can get.
She's produced an informational sheet to teach people things they can do to help sharks and is
also distributing a free informational flyer on Florida sharks. For more info on shark conservation,
a free high-resolution copy of her shark flyer, or to book IA's Sharky Jillian for a presentation,
email sharkyjillian@gmail.com.
Jill will be leading our June and August Bahamas Tiger Shark Dives. The
cost to cage dive with tiger sharks, lemon sharks and more is $875. Topside viewing is just
$375.
For more information about our shark dives in San Francisco, the Bahamas, Mexico, South Africa or Roatan, contact us at 800-644-7382. |
