Dive Training

Learn to Dive the Fast and Easy Way

Scuba Dive International makes learning to dive incredibly easy. Complete the academic portion of your training online, whenever and wherever you have access to the internet and a little free time.

Learn at your own pace and repeat any lessons as often as you wish. Quizzes help test your knowledge along the way.

Once you’ve mastered the information, you simply visit an affiliated dive center near you (view list) to complete your in-water training and receive your Open Water Dive Certification.

You can even complete the water portion of your training during a shark or dolphin expedition on the R/V Tiburon.

Course Descriptions

Basic Scuba This course is your entry-level academic training necessary for becoming a SCUBA Diver. After completing this online course, you can go to any of the over 100 training locations listed in our Affiliates Directory to complete your in-water training and earn your certification as a Openwater Scuba Diver. Cost: $84.95.
Dry Suit Diving Learn the latest in dry suit techniques from the drysuit course. You will learn how to choose, use and maintain the dry suit that is right for you in this course created by Steve Barsky, author of Dry Suit Diving, now in its third printing. Surface Supplied Diving (Hookah Diving) Dive without cylinders! This course is your entry-level academic training necessary for becoming a Surface Supplied Diver.
